Welcome to the Laurriz Collection online catalog. A sister company of Crystal Elegance. We provide our services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at the Laurriz Collection website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

CHANGES IN TERMS

The Laurriz Collection shall have the right at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, to revise these Terms or to impose new terms and conditions with respect to access to or use of this site. Such revisions and additions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by any means, including but not limited to posting the revised or additional terms and conditions on this site. You are responsible for reviewing this site periodically for any modification to these Terms that may affect your rights or obligations hereunder. You agree that you shall be deemed to be apprised of and bound by any modification by Crystal Elegance to these Terms. ANY ACCESS OR USE OF THIS SITE BY YOU AFTER NOTICE OR POSTING OF REVISIONS OR ADDITIONS TO THESE TERMS SHALL CONSTITUTE AND BE DEEMED YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO SUCH REVISIONS OR ADDITIONS. 

ORDERING  POLICY

All credit card orders are processed using Secure Socket Layer technology, SSL,  to ensure the highest security and privacy possible today.

However, if you would prefer to order our product using a personal check or money order please use our Feedback Form and send us an email. In the comments section of the form please tell us what product you are interested in purchasing and any additional details that are appropriate. You will receive an email with a manual order form that you can print and mail to us along with your payment. Please note that product will not be shipped until the funds clear our bank.

BILLING POLICY

All credit card transactions will be performed through our partner PAYPAL and will be billed our parent company Crystal Elegance. A transaction will appear on your credit card statement from CRYSTALELEG.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all products via United States Postal Service Priority 1 (approx. 3 days). All shipments require delivery confirmation and insurance.

For rush orders please specify when ordering the date required by. We will add 25% to each items price as a separate charge.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from the Laurriz Collection are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

WARRANTY SUPPORT

You can be sure you're getting products of the highest quality when you purchase from the Laurriz Collection. That's why we offer a Limited Lifetime Guarantee on every product we offer and a 10 day money back guarantee. Your satisfaction is our number one goal. 

This money back return policy DOES NOT include special order items that we do not carry or that we custom make for you. As well, if an item is worn or damaged we reserve the right to not issue a full refund.

All of our products are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product. (Subject to component availability.) If an item is not as expected upon receipt, it will happily be replaced if returned in new, unused condition.

The Laurriz Collection accepts returns of defective products or incorrectly shipped items within 10 days of receipt. Please obtain a Return Material Authorization number before shipping any products back to us. We cannot accept returns without a Return Material Authorization number. All returns must be sent prepaid within 10 days of the date received. No collect shipments will be accepted. We suggest that you ship returns via FedEx or UPS and we recommend that you insure your package for its full value in the event that items are lost or damaged during shipment.

NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

To return a product to the Laurriz Collection, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by filling out our online form (click here). NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Your full name
- Invoice/Order number and shipment date
- Item number and description
- Nature of the problem

In general, the Laurriz Collection accepts returns on merchandise within 10 days from the date received by the purchaser. However, we reserve the right to authorize product returns beyond 10 days from the receipt date. If the product is accepted after 10 days, credit will be issued toward future product purchases.

• ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to the Laurriz Collection on returned items, and the Laurriz Collection will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) being sent back.
   

• We will contact you with return shipping information when we issue the RMA number.

PRIVACY

We value your privacy. All information provided to the Laurriz Collection will not be sold or otherwise shared outside of the company.

The Laurriz Collection respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the below instructions.

Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying the Laurriz Collection that your copyrighted material has been infringed.
